I got my start cheering with Peewee football when I was 5 years old. As I got older, I moved on to other sports, but found cheering again in middle school at Minor Hill.
As a part of the Minor Hill squad, I was able to travel and compete with the team. I then joined a competitive cheer squad, instructed by Coach Kim, which I cheered for throughout High School.
My love for cheerleading was once again rekindled as an adult after helping with the local peewee squad.
After starting the Sharks Cheer squad, I got the idea to incorporate the Ninja program to our classes to appeal to those that enjoy the hit TV show American Ninja Warrior. I wanted to add an element of athleticism that would enhance the ability of those in other sports, as well as teach those that don't consider themselves "athletic". That's when Anointed Athletics was born!
I am so excited to share my love of all sports with a new generation!! My goal is to teach self confidence, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. I want to help kids conquer any fears of trying new things, and help them to realize that they are capable of more than they could imagine!
